CORO GROUP BUY

Ohio Lighting Enthusiasts is holding a multi-vendor Coroplast Prop Group Buy this year for the first time. We’ve negotiated arrangements with Boscoyo Studios and Gilbert Engineering in hopes that by combining our individual purchases we may save on shipping, earn discounted pricing, and limit the number of props that must be slit to ship. We are trying to get all of the Coro to arrive so that it can be picked up at the Ohio Lighting Mini venue (Twinsburg Holiday Garden Inn) on July 26th.

How will each Group Buy work?

Boscoyo Studios: You must use the code OLE2025 when ordering. The deadline to place and pay for a Boscoyo order using this group buy code is June 15th, 2025. Be sure to choose “Delivery or Pickup”

Gilbert Engineering: 15% off order – customer pays their share of shipping but up to 48″ will not be slit for shipping. Oversize items that are over 4ft – “we will reach out to the customer directly if needed for additional shipping”. You must use the code OHIO-2025
when ordering. The deadline to place and pay for a Gilbert Engineering order using this group buy code is June 8th, 2025.

L Designs Plus: 15% OFF Ohio Mini Discount. Order and pay on our website http://www.dvlight.com before June 9th, use coupon code OMD 152025, select Free local pick-up at checkout. Then pick up products at the Mini.

EFL Designs: Jacky at EFL was going to be in our original group buy until we had to shift the delivery date out to our July mini. Due to his travel schedule he can’t participate, but has indicated there will be an EFL discount code available to mini participants the day of our mini. There may even be some new products from EFL at that time.

Note: The vendors are working with us, and we need to work with them. This means you may be expected to pay for your order, and then come back and pay for your shipping after the entire order is finalized / calculated. This is because it will be hard to calculate the total pallet costs until a firm order commitment is made.

How will delivery and pick-up will work?

Each vendor may alter the way they ship the products to us based on the final quantity of items purchased to realize the best cost savings. So long as they don’t end up shipping items directly to the buyer, we anticipate freight delivery to Northeast Ohio. All Coro will be made available at the Ohio Lighting Mini on July 26th – if you do not show up to pick up your coro you must make separate arrangements with Jeff Garvas to pick up your coro from his house in Macedonia, Ohio. (Where the Pixel Group buy pickup has taken place for the past 4 years)

Note: We cannot be responsible if shipping, production, or other delays cause the Coro to arrive after the mini. This is a best-effort group buy and all participants assume the risks that come with that. Just like our pixel purchases, you would take up any concerns with the seller. We will do an inventory upon arrival and communicate any missing pieces or damage to the sellers and the impacted buyer as soon as practical.
